This video was created using iMovie. iMovie is a great tool that can be used in the classroom to display or present information in a different way to just simply written ext on slides. iMovie can be used for projects with a more visual aspect and be used to create a wide range of videos and trailer while providing templates and specifically is great when used to introduce a topic in a more creative way before starting a unit in a classroom to get students engaged. iMovie was one of the tools that I used to use religiously when teaching dance in elementary schools. The students were always so interested in how a movie could be created and more engaged and motivated to participate as they new they would be rewarding with an amazing final result that they could watch and enjoy.
